Enabling Discounts
for Repeat Customers
Dobara is an AI-driven loyalty platform that connects everyday consumers with local vendors through a simple, universal rewards program. Shop more, save more — automatically.
Simple, Powerful, Universal
The Dobara Loyalty Program works across all vendors — gyms, salons, street food, and more — regardless of transaction size.
Vendors Set Targets
Each Dobara Vendor sets a Weekly Offer Target (WOF) and Monthly Offer Target (MOF) — a spend goal they'd like their customers to reach.
Vendors Set Discounts
For each target, vendors define a Next Transaction Discount (NTD) — a reward automatically triggered when the customer hits the target.
Consumers Pay via Dobara
Customers use the Dobara App to make payments at any registered vendor. Every transaction is tracked toward current weekly and monthly targets.
Discounts Auto-Applied
When a target is achieved, the NTD is automatically redeemed on the customer's very next transaction with that vendor. No vouchers, no hassle.
Pay with Apps You Already Use
Dobara integrates with India's leading UPI payment platforms so onboarding is instant for consumers and vendors alike.
We're Reimagining Loyalty
for Everyday India
Dobara is an agentic AI-driven lifestyle platform that creates a self-empowering business ecosystem connecting everyday consumers with the local goods and services providers that are already part of their daily lives — gyms, hair and nail salons, street food vendors, local shops, and more.
We believe loyalty should be simple, universal, and automatic. Traditional loyalty programs are fragmented, complicated, and often ignored. Dobara changes that by making every rupee spent count — instantly and intelligently.
At the heart of Dobara is our Dobara Loyalty Program: a system where vendors set spend targets and consumers unlock discounts the moment those targets are met. No points to manage. No expiry dates. Just real savings on your next visit.
Our Mission
To empower small businesses and everyday consumers through technology-driven loyalty that is truly universal — agnostic to transaction size, industry, or location.
Where We Operate
Dobara is launching in India in 2026, with UPI-integrated payments via PhonePe, Paytm and Google Pay built into the Dobara App from day one.
Agentic AI
Our AI engine automates target tracking, discount application, and personalized nudges — so vendors spend less time managing loyalty and more time serving customers.
Who Is Dobara For?
For Consumers
Download the free Dobara App, register, and start paying at any Dobara Vendor. Your spending is automatically tracked across all your favourite local spots. When you hit a vendor's WOF or MOF target, a discount is automatically applied to your very next transaction — no action needed on your part.
For Vendors
Register your business on Dobara — whether you run a gym, a salon, a restaurant, or any other local service. Set your own weekly and monthly spend targets and the discounts you're willing to offer. Dobara's AI handles everything else: tracking, notifications, and automatic discount redemption. No POS integration needed beyond the Dobara App.

Refund Policy
Effective Date: [Date] | Last Updated: [Date]
Summary: Dobara is a payment and loyalty platform. We do not sell physical goods directly. Refunds relate to (a) consumer transaction disputes, (b) vendor subscription fees, and (c) failed/erroneous payments. Please read this policy carefully.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy applies to:
- Dobara Transactions: Payments made by Consumers to Dobara Vendors via the Dobara App.
- Vendor Subscription Fees: Monthly or annual fees paid by Dobara Vendors for platform access.
- Failed or Erroneous Transactions: Payments that were debited but not successfully processed.
Dobara does not directly sell goods or services to Consumers. All goods and services are provided by independent Dobara Vendors. Disputes regarding the quality of goods or services must be primarily resolved with the relevant Vendor.
2. Refunds for Consumer Transactions
2a. Failed Transactions
If a Dobara Transaction is debited from your account but not confirmed by the Vendor or PSP (failed transaction), the amount will be automatically reversed to your source account within 5–7 business days, in accordance with the refund timelines mandated by the relevant PSP (PhonePe, Paytm, or Google Pay) and NPCI guidelines.
If you do not receive the refund within this period, please contact us at [email protected] with your transaction ID.
2b. Disputed Transactions (Goods/Services Not Received or Unsatisfactory)
Since goods and services are provided by independent Dobara Vendors:
- Step 1 – Contact the Vendor: In the first instance, raise your dispute directly with the Dobara Vendor through whom you made the purchase. Vendors are required to respond within 3 business days.
- Step 2 – Escalate to Dobara: If the Vendor does not resolve the dispute satisfactorily, you may escalate the matter to Dobara by emailing [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction date. Please include: your registered mobile number, transaction ID, Vendor name, transaction date and amount, and a description of the dispute.
- Step 3 – Dobara Mediation: Dobara will review the dispute and liaise with the Vendor. Dobara's decision on refund eligibility (if any) will be communicated within 10 business days.
Important: Dobara acts as a facilitator and is not liable for the quality, delivery, or fulfilment of goods or services by Vendors. Refunds for service quality disputes are at the sole discretion of the Vendor, with Dobara serving only as a mediator.
2c. Unauthorised Transactions
If you believe a Dobara Transaction was made from your account without your authorisation, report it immediately to [email protected] and to your bank/PSP. We will initiate an investigation within 24 hours of receiving your report. Your liability for unauthorised transactions is governed by RBI guidelines on limiting customer liability.
2d. NTD (Next Transaction Discount) — Non-Refundable
Dobara Next Transaction Discounts (NTDs) are loyalty rewards, not monetary credits. They have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
3. Refunds for Vendor Subscription Fees
- Starter Plan (Free): No charges; no refund applicable.
- Growth & Pro Plans — Monthly Billing: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Starter (free) tier.
- Growth Plan — Free Trial: No charges apply during the 30-day free trial. You will only be charged if you actively continue to the paid plan after the trial period.
- Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges, incorrect amounts), please contact [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. Verified billing errors will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
- Add-On Services: Fees for one-time add-on services (e.g., onboarding support, BI reports) are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

- Bank Account / NEFT / IMPS: 5–10 business days.
- Vendor Subscription Billing Errors: 5–7 business days to original payment method.
